It may be possible with YZP package but you will be operating near the abs max.
The ABS MAX RATINGS of INC(INO, ICOM) is max 300mA for DRC and DGS packages. The ABS MAX RATINGS of INC(INO, ICOM) is higher for YZP packages if you look at note 8 at the bottom of the ABS Max table.
If you use the YZP package you be able to support a higher current but you are still operating at the ABS max. If you look at note 1 under the table "Stresses above these ratings may cause permanent damage. Exposure to absolute maximum conditions for extended periods may degrade device reliability. These are stress ratings only, and functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions beyond those specified is not implied."

We do not currently have another switch like this that has a higher current limit. I would still consider this in a system depending on how you will operate it since there is usually some margin in the abs max numbers.
