TS3DV642 HSPICE model not converging

Our customer uses simulation software which is Synopsys's HSPICE.
Our customer simulated "TS3DV642.sp" with Synopsys's HSPICE, it shows "no convergence in operating point",
at last the program had been forced termination as following attachment file.

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Unfortunately, this is a tool specific issue that we do not have expertise with. We believe this can be best addressed by Synopsys.

    On a side note, there is a test bench and relevant file available (put together by the product line team) that the customer should be able to run a successful simulation with, in case the customer is unaware of:

    It appears the test bench is not running successfully. The model was originally developed by product line and will require a further assistance from them. Your inquiry has been moved to a forum supported by the product experts.

    As furthermore information;

    Our customer confirmed Synopsys H-spice again, but they did not work.
    So, our customer used other Spice software to simulate, also they didn't get correct wave.

    Is it possible to be offered testbench which can confirm MUX operation?

    The attachment file is the simulation result in case of AWR Microwave Office software.
    (SPICE model is the same.)
    HSPICE's version which is handled in Microwave Office is E-2010.12-SP2 32-BIT (May 23 2011).
    In order to confirm MUX operation, our cutomer tried to insert PRBS into Common Port
    to confirm wave at PortA , but they could not the data which they expected.
    Even though our cutomer set EN, SEL1, SEL2 correctly, or EN=0, the result was NG.
    So, our customer needs testbench which it is possible to MUX operation.
    Testbench which attaches model is not connected to any pins which connects differential signal,
    it seems that it only observes internal signals variation.

    Because of this spice model failure, our customer can't sumilate their cuircuit,
    so the development process will be delayed, as the result, the mass- produce will be delayed.
    Finally we may lose customer, or reliance with our customer.

    Then, please let know us followings;
    -How much of the time do you need to modify?
    -Is it not modified at all?
    -Is it required a little time to modify?

    I am sorry for the time it is taking to solve this for you.  Most of these test-harnesses are specifically for DC

    parameters…like Ron and IDDQ  testing.  It appears that you are looking to model AC signals, correct?  If that is the case this model will not work for your needs.

    Thank you for your reply.We got your circumstanse.
    Of cource, we need AC - characteristic.

    In the first place, the device is suitable for AC - characteristic which the dataheet shows,
    but why is the spice model not suitable for AC - characteristic?

    So, as our recognition,  is it not possible to be fixed soon, is it? 

    Tha't why our request are follwoings;

    <Request1>
    Schedule(process) of modification.
    For example) you need one week, two weeks, or one month,

    <Request2>
    If you have DC characteristic, please give us this test bench.

    <Question>
    Is it possible to operate DC-analysis correctly? 

    Especially, we and our customer do know follwoing request1.
