Hello all,
I found an unexpected behavior using TS5A23159 Analog Switch.
I need to read two signal whit a single fast A/D converter. Those signals are pick up whit two divider network whit 2K ohm impedance to ground connected to NC and NO pins. The COM pin is connected to the input of an operational amplifier.
I found about 1 V on the unconnected side of the switch, it seems like an offset.
I can't explain this behavior whit datasheet; my board have 3.3 V supply and in off state datasheet state 50 nA max of current leak so i expect
on 2 K resistor only 0.1 mV offset.
I misunderstand the datasheet ?
