Do you have a data which express the variation of propagation delay over temperature range? It's helpful if you can share the value of tpd for several temp. points (cold temp., room temp. and hot temp).

Also, can you elaborate the differences between SN74CBTLV3861-Q1 and non-Q1 device?

Hi Ken ,

I will search if we have the char data for the prop delay over temp range .
The difference between an automotive qualified (Q1) part and non Q1 part is in the rigor of testing and characterization done at qualification stage and over the production .
Additional stress testing along with pre and post leakage tests to ensure the parts are robust to qualify under extreme conditions and over temperature .
