Adam has been helping me with related requests around this topic, but we have another question from the customer.
At 25C, the datasheet says that the Rdson could move around by several Ohms from part to part. The max Rdson at 25C is 9 Ohms, and then at 85C is 10 Ohms:
One can extrapolate from this that temperature will only affect the Rdson by no more than 1Ohm from its 25C starting place.
Some testing of a couple parts by the customer yielded a similar result:
Testing of a few units shows just under a 1Ohm increase from 25C to 85C. Have you guys seen this trend hold across multiple test lots?
I believe Adam had dug up some data for this spec for me before, but I was only sent the overall test results. I couldn't dig into the raw data unit by unit.
