I've got two separate couples of +-5v input signals, I need to find the best IC to switch the couple of inputs from A to B and viceversa. The switching process must be controlled from Arduino, that uses a 0-5v analog output range.

The I used the Ti.com switch selection tool and used the filters on the left hand side to find a 1:2 SPDT device with I/O voltage range down from -5V to +5V. It looks like the only device we have is the TS12A12511 but it will accept 5V logic signals. This is a one channel device so you will need to use two of them.
