Using TS3DV642A0RUAR for selecting between two BT.656 video signals to route to OLED.

Yes, the TS3DV642 is a 12-channel bi-directional 2:1 mux that will pass 3.3 V CMOS signals. You can take your 9 signal paths and mux it to two different locations. The other parameter you need to consider in selecting a signal switch is the bandwidth or data rate. It looks like the BT.656 signals are in the MHz range so the TS3DV642 >7GHz bandwidth will be able to handle it.

The voltage level of our BT.656 signals have been changed from 3.3V to 1.8V.

Can this TS3DV642A0RUAR be used for muxing this 1.8V BT.656 signals?

The control signals will also be 1.8V.

Yes the TS3DV642A0RUAR be used for muxing this 1.8V BT.656 signals.  The recommended operating conditions of the TS3DV642 state that you may pass any voltage between 0 and 5.5 V

The TS3DV642 will also support 1.8V control signals. 

The datasheet states that the minimum voltage for a logic high signal is 1.4 V.  1.8V on the control pins will be read as a logic high.
