Hi Team

to sell TS5A3159-Q1, customer want to check whether the Abs Max Spec are all met as described in D/S.

I am not sure what it is; [1] Ii/OK = Analog port diode current[mA], and [2] Iik = Digital input clamp current/Continuous current through V+ or GND.

so I need to know the detail test environment for them and what is the test main purpose for them respectively.

please let me know it. thanks.

    Paul,

    I opened up the Understanding and interpreting standard logic datasheets application note to find out more information about your request on the specific parameters. 

    The values in the absolute maximum ratings table are simulated over process corners, voltage ranges, and temperature.  These abs max ratings are will not damage the device and are guaranteed by design.  However, the recommended operating conditions are the parameters that we guarantee the part will operate as characterized through out the datasheet.
