Is there any switch that is 12V with 100mA current limit (diode current)

What you are looking for appears to be a load switch or high side switch.  Not necessarily a signal switch.  I would suggest taking a look at the TPS229xx series of devices.  Although, I do not know if they go beyond 5V.
