Do we have automotive versioin of our SN74CB3Q3257? If not, do we have plan to design or is there similar function and automotive versioin part? thanks

    Hello Nanfang,

    If we have an automotive qualified version it will be posted on the product page in the top row of the parametrics table.  As can be seen in the figure below, this product does not have an automotive qualified version and we are not currently planning to automotive qualify it.  There is not an automotive qualified switch with the exact functionality of the SN74CB3Q3257.  However, if you are looking for a single pole double through switch with a supply range between 2.3 and 3.6 V with a low Ron, I  would recommend using the TS5A22364-Q1.  If this is not quite what you are looking for, please let me know which parameters in particular you need to satisfy.
