SN74CBTLV3126: Can logic level input signals of 1.8V be used if the VCC=3.3V and the OE=3.3V?

The SN74CBTLVCXXXX family are transmission gate FET switches (Nmos in parallel with PMOS) and will pass signals from A to B up to the supply voltage Vcc.  With Vcc = 3.3 V you may pass 1.8 V signals without issue.
