Hi all,

in the datasheet of the TS3A27518E-Q1 I am not able to find the information about the connection of the Exposed Thermal Pad. The quesion is should it be connected to the ground or not?

    Hello,

    This exposed pad has no electrical connection to any silicon within the package. However, for maximum heat dissipation, we recommend connecting this to GND copper plane/trace for heat sensitive applications.
