SN74CB3Q3125: RGY center pad connection = GND?

Hi all,

Simple question: is the center pad connected to ground within the part? 99.9999% of the time it is. However, I don't see a specific call out for the pad connectivity in the Datasheet. So I'm asking to be better safe than sorry.

Jason,

It is common practice to connect the thermal pad to ground since it typically has the most mass. For these devices the thermal pad is either not internally connected or connected to the ground so you may connect the thermal pad to the ground node without issue.
