7SB385DFT2G (1-channel, 1:1 SPST) pin-to-pin device?

I used the switch search tool on TI.com for a 1-channel, 1:1 SPST, Vdd  5V, and SC-70 package.  Most of these devices have the same package and pinout so you have many options. 

What other parameters do you need to worry about in your application?  

The lowest cost devices looks like the SN74LVC1G66 and if you would like powered off protection TS5A3166 is another option.
