TS3A5018: Can this device used for I2C lines?

I am using TS3A5018 for switching between I2C lines in my design. Is this TS3A5018 will support I2C line switching?

Hi Mani,

Yes, TS3A5018 should work in your system. I am not sure if you really need all 4 pull-up resistors.

Please keep in mind when the switch is conducting, your SCL pull-up resistance is R2 and R3 in parallel. SDA pull-up is R1(I assume one R4 in your schematic is supposed to be R1) and R4 in parallel.

Thanks for the confirmation. Switch will be in either NC or NO so always one path will be active LED flash to Processor1 or Processor 2
