Where can get the IBIS model of TMUX136RSER? Can anybody help? Thanks.

    Lexy,

    What are you trying to model with IBIS and TMUX136?  Most people use SPICE or s-parameter models for high speed signals.  The IBIS model will only show the function of the logic pins and not be a good representation of the signal path.  The signal path of the TMUX136 is a passive FET switch and does not include a buffer which means the Input/Output Buffer Information Specification (IBIS) model will not be appropriate since there isn't any buffer.
