Can i know whether an Switching IC like TMDS442 having resolution scaling feature.If any one have idea about the IC please revert me back.

Unfortunately, our devices don't have a resolution scaling feature. Our switches are passive switches. This device is also a passive switch and can be used for PIP applications.

Can i know whether their are any other IC'S or devices which support both HDMI switching and resolution scalability.
