TS5A3160: Query regarding TS5A3160

My customer needs to use  TS5A3160 in front of ADC for multiplexing two signals.

The signals are temperature and pressure. The levels are 0V to 2.5V maximum.

 Is there any constraint in using TS5A3160?

 Secondly the customer has a query regarding the mosfet being used in TS5A3160? Is it P-channel or N- channel?

    he TS5A3160 can be used to switch signals 0V to 2.5V .  Why did you choose the TS5A3160?  The TS5A12301E has lower on-state resistance than TS5A3160 and SN74LVC1G3157 is much lower cost.

    The mosfet used in the TS5A3160 is both a P-channel and N-channel FET in parallel.  You can see this with the shape of the Ron vs input voltage graph.
