TS3A5018: Requesting xc IBIS model for Signal Integrity

Hoysalachar,

Why do you need a IBIS model.  The TS3A5018 is a passive FET switch and the signal path is not buffered so a buffered model doesn't work very well.

You can find IBIS models for devices on TI.com product pages.  Then select the tab tools and software.

I need to do Signal Integrity for LVDS signals. Hence i required IBIS model.

In the provided TI.com product pages i have already checked. The model is not available.

In the website I got IBIS model with SOIC, SSOP, TVSOP & TSSOP packages components only. But inside IBIS model, component TS3A5018RSVR for RSV package 16 pin UQFN is missing.

Please insist how i should proceed with simulation.
