Can you please help provide the T&R spec for the TS3DDR4000?

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention that the tape and reel dimensions are missing from the datasheet.  I will work on getting these back into the datasheet. 

    Ao= 3.40mm +/-0.1

    Bo= 8.40mm  +/-0.1

    Ko= 1.65mm +/-0.085

     


     

    The pocket dimensions above refer to the widest part of the pocket.  The pocket is designed so that the IC will sit on the angled bevel.
