Hopefully you also have PSPICE model for this part in a drawer somewhere?
Else, could you please convert the existing HSPICE model to PSPICE for us?

Addition:
The HSPICE model is encrypted, and for my customer to convert it we need an un-encrypted version.
- Can you please provide this if you do not have a PSPICE model available? I am in TI addressbook 'Aman, M..'.

All TI Spice Models can be found here. There are no hidden drawers.
