Dear Sir,

We are using SN74CBT1G125 FET switch for data line.

This switching speed of data line is 150MHz (max).

My doubt is,

1. Whether this device can handle these data rate without any distortion?

Kindly clarify.

    Hi Bharath, 

    What is your signal swing? Do you know the resistive and capacitive loading on your data line? I think SN74LVC1G66 may serve your request. Please let me know if any parameters from SN74LVC1G66 does not fit your design request.
