What's the output impendence of SN74LVC1G66 in OFF state? Is it high impendence or some certain high low state? Thanks.

    Wayne,

    The SN74LVC1G66 is a passive FET switch with the I/Os being the drain and source of the FET.  When the switch is in the off state the channel of the FET connecting the drain and source is removed and places the impedance between the I/Os Hi-Z.  This device does not have any drive capability.

    Why did you pick the SN74LVC1G66 for your application?  What are you connecting to the I/Os of the device?

    Thanks for your so detailed answers.

    This part is to be used as a 1V analog signal switch, the receiver is GPIO of MCU.
