TS5A2066: Datasheet pinout clarification for BGA package

Hi team,

One of my customer has spotted a possible error in the datasheet for the TS5A2066. They are using the DSBGA version of this, and the TS5A3359. The datasheet shows one in bottom view, and one in top view (see attached).

They think that the TS5A2066 is wrong, and should say ‘bottom view’ (and the TS5A3359 is correct).  This would match package view (ball A1 corner top right). They checked an alternate analogue switch which also agreed with this thought.

Could you confirm if this is an error in the datasheet ?

    Thank you for pointing out this issue with the datasheet. The drawing should say bottom view.  I have ordered samples and confirmed it on my bench. I will work on the datasheet correction which can take up to 2-3 weeks.
