Quickly checked the spec. and it seems one signal is bidirectional.

The SIM card has 4 conductors so you will need to find a 4-channel device.
Using Ti.com switch search tool I can filter for devices with 2:1, 4-channel, and sort price least to greatest. If a 5V device is needed I would recommend the SN74CBT3257. If a 3.3 V or 1.8V device is needed I would recommend the TS3A5018.
