analog swith with small package

Hi Team,

My cusutomer is designing space limited application and is looking for the following analog switch.

1)
Is there single channel SPDT analog switch that is smaller package than TS5A3157YZPR?
There is no requirement of Ron and BW, just can support VCC=3.0V.

2)
Is there 4-channel SPST analog switch that is smaller package than TS5A3157YZPR?
There is no requirement of Ron and BW, just can support VCC=3.0V.

I couldn't find out the devices so would like to confirm just in case.

    Yaita-san,

    1) You can use the ti.com switch selection tool to sort on package size.  I filtered for 2:1 device and sorted them by package size least to greatest and found the SN74LVC1G3157 in DTB package that is 0.8mm x 1.0mm. 

    2) Based on the number of pins needed for a 4-channel vs a 1-channel it is not likely you can find a 4-channel device smaller than a 1-channel.  Using the same switch tool on TI.com, I searched for 4-channel 1:1 and confirmed there isn't a smaller 4-channel version.

    Hi Yaita,

    The best way to confirm smallest package option is to utilize our selection guide for muxes and signal switches on TI.com. The answer to your questions is YES to both.

    1)The smallest channel SPDT is the SN74LVC1G3157. I sorted for single channel SPDT and sorted the order by smallest package to find this device.

    2)  The smallest 1:1 4-channel device the TS3A4751.  Again, I sorted the size by package size to find this device.
