TS3DV421 can be used for HD camera?

I would like to use like below.

    Hello Mason,

    Just a couple questions. What data rate is your camera sending data at? Also how many differential pairs of data are you sending? I assume 4 differential pairs. Assuming 4 pairs of communication and that your data rate does not exceed 3.8Gb/s (and you do not exceed the electrical characteristics of the device (Page 6 of the datasheet)) this should work for your application.
