TS5MP645: Float unused pins for Single ended application?

Part Number: TS5MP645

Hello,

I see the datasheet for the TS5MP645 recommends connecting unused pins to ground through a 50ohm resistor but I would like to avoid adding extra external components if at all possible.

I am using this IC to switch between a few single ended GPIO signals and two SDIO interfaces with a maximum clock rate of 208MHz, this IC was selected as the propagation delays and output skew is very small.

There will be a total of 2-3 unused lanes, are there any concerns with leaving unused pins as a no connect in this configuration?

Is there any information available that would show the impact to the SDIO signals?

Thanks,

Sean
