My customer has a question about TS5A22364-Q1 Negative Signaling Capability. The customer should know how TS5A22364-Q1 can path Vcc-5.5V Negative Signal because the customer should show it to OEM. Does TS5A22364-Q1 have charge pump circuit? Would you please advise?

How is the customer planning to use the IC?
