TMUX136: supports 1GHz digital signal switching

Hi,

I'm looking at TMUX136. I'm not sure if the 6.1GHz bandwidth is enough for the 1GHz square wave digital signal. I would like to know the general ratio of MUX bandwidth to signal frequency.
