The last recommended analog switch, there is a problem with the test

As shown below, PIN8--3.3V, PIN3, 1--GND, PIN10--PWM wave, logically PIN9 is on,

PIN2 is off, but the measured, PIN2 has waveform output, what is the reason

    Eagle,

    It looks like you are operating the device out of spec.  You may not have signals on the I/O pins greater than the supply pin.  It looks like you have the supply set at 3.3 V and the I/O signal is 5 V.  If you increase you supply voltage to 5V or decrease your I/O voltage to 3.3 V does your issue go away? 

    If you would like to support I/O signals greater than supply, you need to look at a device like the TMUX1072 device.
