how much is the bandwidth of the SN74CBT16390?

There is no SPEC in the datasheet？

    Jesse,

    Unfortunately the SN74CBT16390 device is an older product and does not specify the bandwidth.  There is an application report that has the SN74CBTXXXX family of devices performing about 200MHz bandwidth.

    What are you connecting to the switch?  Do you have a diagram?  There are newer multi-channel 2:1 switches that specify bandwidth like the TS5MP645 device.

    So  it is confirmed that SN74CBT16390 has the bandwidth of 200MHZ???

    TI cannot guarantee a spec that is not in the datasheet, but I have provided some extra information to help you determine if this switch is worth it to start testing in your system.

    What is the application for this switch in your project? Do you have a diagram?

    What are you connecting to either side of the switch?

    What type of signals are you trying to pass through the switch?

    Maybe I can find you an alternate device with the bandwidth specified in the datasheet.
