Hi, Team,

SN74CBT16223 datasheet explains below specification. The min voltage of VIH is 2V. Does it for A-signal, B-signal, SEL and TEST?

    Hi Nagata,

    The VIH specification in SN74CBT16223 datasheet is for the control pins SEL and TEST pins. For the input pins A and B, the
    SN74CBT16223 is a NFET switch so this part can pass voltage up to Vcc-Vt. If you would like to have a rail to rail output mux, we have SN74CBTLV16292 and TS5MP645 as alternatives.

    What is Vt?  The data sheet does not indicate that the input and output voltage of the mux will be different.  I am seeing a 1V drop when I try to pass 5V input using 5V VCC.  Please specify the value of Vt.
