Hi Expert,

I'd like to include the SN74LVC1G3157 model to simulate the circuit with Cadence PSpice, but I only can download the HSPICE model (scej160.zip file contain the sn74lvc1g3157_process.lib) and don't know how to convert to PSPICE model. Could you please help?

I can download the SN74LVC1G3157 HSPICE model from TI: www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

Huy,

I googled how to convert HSPICE to PSPICE and didn't find a good solution. I also searched on the e2e forum and didn't see anything promising either.

What are you wanting to simulate with PSPICE?
What are you connecting to either side of the switch?

Maybe I can give you enough information about the swtich behavior to keep you moving forward on the design.

I will also notify the TI modeling team to see if they can comment how to convert these models.

Hi Huy,

It's almost impossible to translate HSPICE to PSPICE for this particular model file because it contains proprietary TI silicon process that is being encrypted.
