TS3DDR3812: TS3DDR3812 current consumption

Part Number: TS3DDR3812
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TS3DDR4000, TS3DV642,

Hi Team,

I want to know the current consumption of TS3DDR3812.

I can find ICC is averagely 300uA on VCC = 3.6 V, II/O = 0, VIN = VDD or GND.

My customer will use TS3DDR3812 with VCC = 3.3V or 5V, Single-ended

In this condition, current consumption is still averagely 300uA?

  • Chloe,

There is a newer version of this device TS3DDR4000 in a BGA package or TS3DV642 in a QFN package.

The TS3DDR3812 device cannot have 5V on the Vcc pin or the signal path pins NC, NO, and COM.

The typical current consumption will increase slightly as the voltage on Vcc increases.  The current consumption will also increase if you place the IN pin not at Vcc or ground.  The current consumption will not be effected by the voltage on the NO, NC, or COM pins.

    Thank you,

    Adam
