    We have SN74cbtu4411 device which is for DDR2. We also have TS3DS10224 which can be programed to be a high speed 4:1 device but we do not have a device that is 4:1 DDR4.

    Could you use 3x TS3DDR4000 to create a 4:1?

    Why do you need 4:1?
