TS3DV642: Thermal considerations due to the edge length of WQFN package

my customer wanted to use TS3DV642 for avionics project but because of the WQFN edge length of 8mm the component manager is considered about thermal cycles of that device

Do You have any comments on that?

we did temp cycle test 65c/150c, all pass. so it should not a big concern.

thanks for feedback. Is there any norm that we are following when doing temp testing? Customer wanted to know how many temp cycles are we doing?
