TS3A5018: Propagation delay of TS3A5018

What is propagation delay of TS3A5018 from input to output? 

Maximum speed is 300Mhz from datasheet, but I also want to know propagation delay.

    Shiwei,

    The TS3A5018 doesn't have the propagation delay specified in the datasheet.  There is a similar device in the TS3AXXXX family that has propogation delay of 200ps which will be similar for most signal switches.  

    These are passive FET switches so the propagation delay across the silicon circuit is almost negligible compared to the propagation delay of the bond wires and lead frame of the IC.
