I would like to know the specification of "Vdd" (16pin, min-max).

I can not find the specification on the datasheet.

Will you tell me it?

Is it possible for CD4051B to work in case of Vdd is 3.3V?

Section 8.1 of the datasheet says:

Control of analog signals up to 20 V_P-P can be achieved by digital signal amplitudes of 4.5 V to 20 V (if V_DD – V_SS = 3 V, a V_DD – V_EE of up to 13 V can be controlled; for V_DD – V_EE level differences above 13 V, a V_DD – V_SS of at least 4.5 V is required).

Takumi,

The CD4051B is a vary old device and we have newer 8:1 options available like the TMUX1208. What are you needing to multiplex in your system? Maybe there is a better option.
