TMUX1574: EN pin Question and Schematic Review

Dear Team,

My customer would like to tie EN pin to ground directly. TMUX1574 would be always active.

Is there any power on sequence for this device? Is it ok for the design?

Please help to review the below schematic as well.

    Jim,

    You may tie the EN pin directly to ground if you would like to always enable the device.  The logic pins have fail-safe logic feature which means you can have a voltage on this pin before Vcc and not have risk of back powering the device.
