MUX36S16: Multiplexer suggestion

Part Number: MUX36S16

Hello! I am trying to make a grid of soft capacitors that can share ground connections (columns) and Vcc connections (rows) in a 2x2 matrix of sensors. To read the capacitor values of each of the sensors, I figured I could use two muxes, 1 for the rows and 1 for the colms, but I'm not sure what type to use. The target frequency would be 10kHz, maximum input voltage would be 5V, and the change in capacitance would be in the 1-100pF range. Does anyone have any suggestions on the chip that I should be looking for?
