    Hi Etsuji-san,

    I can look into the request once back from US holiday on Monday.

    For now, do you have any information on why Off-leagake data is most important in this range?

    What is connected to the switch?

    If customer is looking for lowest leakage current I would recommend the TMUX1119 which has better performance and has graphs of leakage current vs temperature.

    Hi Etsuji-san,

    The TS5A9411 is only rated to support +85°C, therefore we do not have distribution data supporting higher temperature than this.

    I cannot recommend to use the device outside of the operating conditions mentioned in the electrical characteristics. 

    The best device with low leakage current will be the TMUX1119.
