We are looking for a same function solution which is an OCTAL FET BUS switch IC with OE pin active high?

SN74CBTLV3245A OE pin is active low.

Could you please help to let me know if we have solution for it?

    Hi Anne, 

    TI has 12 devices that are 1:1, 8-channels switches (bus fet switches refers to multi-channel SPST devices).

    I sorted on these parameters and looked through the available datasheets for an active high OE device.

    We do not have a device that only has 1 active high OE pin, however we do have a solution for you.

    What do you think of the SN74CB3Q3345? This device has two OE pins, 1 that is active high and 1 that is active low.

    To use this as a device with 1 active high OE pin you can connect the active low OE pin to logic high. This achieves the same results.

    What is driving the need for active high OE pin in system? What are using using the switch for?
