You are right that it is not mentioned in the datasheet but you can find more information about the SN74CB3TXXXX devices in this application note, CBT-C, CB3T, and CB3Q Signal-Switch Families.
VT means the “FET Threshold voltage”, which is typically 1V for NMOS devices
So the better way to approach is if you tell us why customer selected this part because it is not just a switch but a level translator as well. Do they need that function?
If not, then I will recommend SN74CB3Q3384 instead.
