Dear Team,

May I know is this one suitable to use at MDC/MDIO multiplexer?

For 2.5V and MDC's maximum data rate is around 1MHz.

    Hi, Kevin,

    The bandwidth is not specified for this device, so it's difficult for me to comment. Although for our families of bus FET switches (CBT-C, CB3T, CB3Q...etc), the bandwidth is typically in the range of 200 MHz, so it should support the application with no issue. 

    However, if you want to be certain, select a device with the bandwidth parameter clearly specified on the datasheet (such as the TMUX1511 or the TS3A4751 if you are looking for the 4ch. SPST configuration).
