    Hi Mason,

    We do offer switched with in-built charge pump.  The TMUX1072  is a good example to look at.

    Can you share some more details about how you will use a switch with a charge pump, in what configuration and how much supply voltage you need?

    I can then recommend the switches that will best fit in your application.

    Hi Saminah,

    I have check the TMUX1072 datasheet, i didn't find charge pump in it and i need charge pump to switch audio signal with only one power supply.

    And Vcc should be 3.3V, other specs are like TS3A5223, 2CH, SPDT, etc.

    Hi Mason,

    You can switch audio signal using a switch without a charge pump. What is your input voltage for this application?

    The TUMX1072 supports input voltage beyond supply. Based on your requirements, you can either use TS3A5223 with 3.6 V supply or use the device selection tool to find the best option.
