Good day.

Our customer is looking for the Total Power Dissipation (Pd) and Maximum Case Temperature (Tcmax) of TS5A3359DCURG4. This information is not in the datasheet, is there a way to compute these parameters?

    The maximum power dissipation can be calculated from the information below:

    The power dissipation can be calculated by using the Cpd parameter located in the datasheet along with this application note.
