Hi Paul,
This is an old part.. TI’s standard is “YYWW” (year-year-week-week).
YY = 09 = 2009
WW = 49 = Work Week 49 = Nov. 30 – Dec. 6
The +5 on the end means the product is part of TI’s Extended Shelf Life program.
