Good day.

Any suggestion for a 1:16 Demultiplexer for a 1.8V CMOS logic. The part should have 16 channels working for a 3.3V supply voltage.

The search function points to CD74HC4067, but HC does not actually go below 2.0 V.

You might need to combine multple smaller muxes like the TMUX1208.
