We currently do not have a Q1 version of TS3L500 but if you have specific requirements for your application, we can discuss them with a product definition team to see if we have something on the roadmap.

Kindly check with your product definition team, is there any road map planned at least for Industrial grade temperature(-40C to 105C)?
